During the early months of 2008, songs that were rumored to appear on Beyonce's album I Am Sasha... Fierce spread like wild fire all over the Internet primarily on You Tube. One of the rumored tracks was the uptempo club banger "Beautiful Nightmare" that was renamed "Sweet Dreams" for the official release.

Another unreleased track has made it's way into circulation and it is titled "Poison". The R&B track returns Beyonce to her vocal acrobats where the singer uses her voice to lay out the blueprint for the songs melody.

I as a fan of RnB songs liked it as much as anyone could.

It turned out to be an addicted poison stuck on my body from a middle of nowhere.

LOS ANGELES – Rap star Kanye West personally apologized to country teen star Taylor Swift after a two-day furor over his hijacking of an awards speech that even drew an off-the-cuff comment from President Barack Obama.

Swift, 19, said she had accepted West’s apology in a private telephone call made after she appeared on the ABC TV talk show "The View."

"He was very sincere in his apology and I accepted that apology," Swift told ABC News Radio after receiving the call.

But Swift, the biggest-selling artist of 2008 in the United States with more than 4 million albums, said West’s actions had shaken her up.

"I’m not going to say I wasn’t rattled by it," Taylor said on "The View." "I had to perform live five minutes later so I had to get myself back to the place where I could perform."

West had expressed regret twice on the Web and in a TV appearance on "The Jay Leno Show" for taking the microphone from Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, and saying that R&B star Beyonce should have won Swift’s trophy.

His outburst drew boos from the crowd and celebrities and music fans voiced their displeasure with West, a Grammy winner whose hits include "Stronger" and "Heartless." A handful of radio stations in California and Florida said they would stop playing West’s music in protest.

Even Obama entered the fray, calling West a "jackass" in an off-the-record portion of a political interview on TV given by the president gave this week. The remark was widely circulated by an ABC journalist who posted it on the social networking website Twitter. ABC swiftly apologized.

Sunday’s outburst is not the first time West has made headlines for his behavior. In 2005, in the wake of Hurricane Katrina’s devastation of New Orleans, West said then President George W. Bush did not care about blacks.

Earlier this year, West was charged with battery, theft and vandalism over a 2008 scuffle with paparazzi in Los Angeles.

With the overabundance of shimmering vampires and fluffy werewolves, it's easy to forget that there's another teen fantasy coming our way, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Since Part One is not hitting screens until November of 2010, the media push hasn't started yet, and we have to satisfy ourselves with low-res shots. There was the blurry scan back in March, which showed pretty much nothing, but now we're getting a little more -- a peek at Harry and Hagrid zooming along in Sirius' old motorbike with the side car, courtesy of Oclumencia (where there are a slew of angles and perspectives of the scene).

Several hopefuls are gearing up for the coming 2010 Presidential Elections. As expected, a few names came up on top. Expect some these names to be in the final list:

  • Vice-president Noli de Castro
  • Senator Francis Escudero
  • Senator Manuel Roxas
  • Former president Joseph Estrada
  • Senator Panfilo Lacson
  • Senator Manuel Villar
  • Senator Loren Legarda
From Arroyo's party the possibles are the current vice president, Noli De Castro and Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro. Still unannounced is Arroyo possible run.

MANILA, Philippines - The search for the administration standard-bearer for the 2010 elections has been narrowed down to three that includes Vice President Noli de Castro and Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro, Malacañang officials revealed Friday.

Presidential Adviser for Political Affairs Gabriel Claudio and Press Secretary Cerge Remonde in separate interviews also did not discount the possibility that the third still unnamed candidate would come outside of the ruling coalition.

Of all the possible presidential candidates in the 2010 elections, Mayor Jejomar Binay is “the most qualified,” according to a statement issued Friday by Makati City citing a radio interview of former President Joseph Estrada. “Mayor Binay is the most qualified among the list of presidential candidates in 2010,” the statement quoted Estrada, who had hinted he may also run again for president in the next elections if the opposition forces fail to united behind a single candidate.

There’s no stopping our very own Sandara Park to superstardom. After her successful stint as one of the member of the Korean girl group 2NE1 and her team up with Lee Min Ho (Boys Over Flowers) in a tv commercial, Sandara now releases her first solo single in Korea!

Kiss is the title of Dara’s first solo single in Korea. The upbeat pop song kinda sounds like “Cass”, the name of the beer Dara is endorsing together with Lee Min Ho. Their tv commercial for Cass has had a hundred kissing scenes that made their fans go gaga.

CL, Dara’s fellow member in the girl group 2NE1, was also featured in Kiss doing some rap.

Aside from her music career, Sandara or “Dara” is now preparing for her very first starring role in a koreanovela. According to reports, Dara is set to star in the Korean romantic series “For the Rest of My Life” together with Jo Hyun Jae of Only You and Kim Yoo Gin of Save the Last Dance for Me.

"katy Perry will arive soon (but people can't wait for it)"

IT’S OFFICIAL – Katy “I kissed a girl” Perry will be having a one-night-only concert in the Philippines! Brought to the country by All Youth Channels, Inc., “Katy Perry Live in Manila” is scheduled on Oct. 3, 2009, at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.

Katy first attracted attention in 2007 when she released the Internet hit “Ur So Gay,” a tongue-in-cheek track about a metrosexual ex (even Madonna was a fan of the song), but it was when the singer-songwriter released “I Kissed a Girl” in 2008 that everyone took notice of this promising pop star. The controversial song (it’s about a girl experimenting with getting physical with another girl, after all) instantly became a hit, topping several charts worldwide and receiving several nominations for awards. Its visually stimulating video also became the most-viewed in several music channels – it was even the top video on MySpace that year.

After being proclaimed as the best new artist by readers of Rolling Stone Magazine and perezhilton.com, Katy soon released her debut album called “One of the Boys,” which spawned hits that were all catchy and boasted of candid lyrics: “Hot N Cold,” “Thinking of You,” and her latest, “Waking Up In Vegas.”

Apart from great songs, another reason to love Katy is her unmatched energy when she’s performing onstage. Oh, let’s not forget her crazy outfits, too. She wore a carousel skirt one time, and then a Christmas tree dress during another.

Joining the talented artist, who shall be appearing as a guest judge on “American Idol,” is pop rock band Boys Like Girls, who are scheduled to release their second studio album called “Love Drunk” this Sept. 8.

Catch the international recording artist as she performs in the country for the very first time! Tickets are now available at P3,500 for VIP, P2,200 for Gold, P1,200 for Silver, and P400 for Bronze (plus 3 percent service charge). You can also check out www.ticketworld.com.ph or call 8919999 for ticket reservations. For more information, log on to www.mtvphil.com.

"another phenomenon of high-tech. inspired movie had made a blast on our movie screens world-wide"

Set sometime in the near future, Surrogates imagines a world in which 99% of its inhabitants live their lives vicariously through “surrogates,” robotic avatars who brave the hazards of the physical world while their schlubby owners sit safely at home in computerized cocoons, experiencing it all via neural sensors affixed to their heads. Think of it as a flesh-and-blood version of World of Warcraft. Or Facebook. Or The Sims. Potential present-day analogies are practically infinite.

As a consequence of mankind’s virtualized existence, violent crime has dropped to an all-time low, since any harm inflicted on a surrogate results in no such injury to its host. Folks are free to go about their increasingly decadent business without fear of the inevitable drawbacks that come with high-risk lifestyles. If their robotic counterpart happens to incur damage, or cease functioning altogether, owners can simply order a replacement from VSI, the suitably dubious mega-corporation in Surrogates that manufactures and markets the robots.

Not everyone is eager to embrace this new world order, of course, and a determined group of quasi-religious luddites, led by a dreadlocked guru aptly named “The Prophet” (Ving Rhames), has assembled in major cities around the world. Eschewing most modern technology, they toil like the Amish in shabby communes as their Prophet regales them with apocalyptic diatribes.

Back in the civilized world, cracks in the utopian edifice form when a pair of surrogate murders result in the deaths of their respective hosts, something heretofore considered impossible. Called in to investigate the first homicides in years, FBI agents Greer (Bruce Willis) and Peters (Radha Mitchell), discover that one of the victims is the son of Canter (James Cromwell), the very man who first invented robotic surrogates. Greer and Peters naturally assume the Prophet and his acolytes to be at the core of the conspiracy, but a nagging question remains: How could they gain access to the advanced technology necessary to create a weapon capable of killing both a surrogate and its host?
