"Blaming others entails passing your mistake to another person but if you are caught in the act, you can't blame others for it it is you who commits mistake!"

Unfortunately, House A girls fail their task after Paul Jake himself caught them sneakily opening House B boys’ bedroom; so they end up getting Rob as their new housemate, instead of the former lad who is actually their first choice. And in order to obtain their new member, Yuri and Patria are asked to go over the other house the following morning; they are actually requested to put 2 kiss marks on Rob’s face as they finally ask him to pack his things up.

In exchange for their new male housemate, House A is also required to let one of their own go. Incidentally, House B has finally chosen Carol to take Rob’s place in their household, so Paul Jake and Tibo drop by their neighboring house to pick her up right after Rob bid them goodbye.

Upon Carol’s departure, her former housemates couldn’t help but talk about her, and her noticeable attraction towards Hermes, while they are busy finishing their weekly task. And surprisingly, the said casual conversation ends up striking another major violation inside Big Brother’s House.

The one who committed the said violation is no other than Yhel. Unfortunately, she somehow joked about nominating Hermes for eviction, which immediately caught Big Brother’s attention. Since this is already her third major offense, Big Brother finally takes serious actions regarding the matter; sadly, Yhel has to face a forced eviction as a consequence of her so called carelessness.

It was just yesterday that Carol was able to breathe a sigh of relief after hearing that she was safe from eviction. She believed that many did vote for her, and she expressed her gratefulness for their support. Little did she know that she would be calling on this support yet again, as she joins the list of nominees for the second time. Her inability to control her emotions proved to be her downfall, as it came to the point that she allowed this to rule her actions. The other housemates viewed this as a sign of immaturity, something that had already caused friction within the house. The tension between her and Hermes was a concrete example of this. Carol seems to be growing up, though, as she accepted her second nomination with a smile, a total shift from last week’s tears.

Yhel and Marielle were given an automatic nomination by Kuya. Like Princess, they committed a major violation about discussing the nominations. Marielle casually told Yhel about not voting for someone, and Yhel made the mistake of repeating this information to someone else. Their housemates were informed of this and were given the chance to perform a task in exchange for the safety of one of them. Finally, House B was successful in their task, and they chose to save Marielle, leaving Yhel with the automatic nomination. This action was overturned by the housemates themselves, as their votes led to Marielle being nominated anyway. They felt that she had committed too many violations, even involving Yhel in the process. With her tough personality, they also believed she would be able to handle the stress of the nomination with ease. For their last words, both remained perky as they asked for another chance to show what they have to offer.

Tibo was, surprisingly, part of the list of nominees. Aside from the fact that his housemates felt he would rather be with his family, his change of decision regarding last week’s task was what cost him points. Delio was also nominated. Apparently, Princess was not the only one who felt his tough act was getting old. Quite a number of the housemates felt that he was difficult to talk to, being too self-righteous and egoistic by refusing to consider the opinions of others. Both housemates remained calm upon hearing their fate, believing that everyone had to experience it at some point. They kept their message short and sweet, both asking for support from their kababayans and sending an “I love you” to their respective families.

The polls are now open to receive your votes! Who do you think deserves another shot within the house? Make your vote count by texting BB and sending it to 2331 for Globe, TM, Sun Cellular and Bayan Wireless Landline users or 231 for Smart and Talk n Text subscribers. You may also cast your vote online by logging on to www.pinoybigbrother.com/vote.

Stay tuned as more revelations come your way this week. Watch out for the Big Swap, the weekly task, and the second evictee of the season!

The first eviction of the season had Jimson packing his bags. He seemed at peace with the result, and had spent time preparing for his exit by sharing his last moments with his wife. Kath, though tearful, decided to stick it out in the house and convinced herself to find comfort in her PBB family. More than just losing a housemate, House B took the loss as another major blow on their house. Yhel cried over it, feeling that it was always their house on the losing end. The continuous loss has taken its toll on their self-esteem, and has them feeling like losers.

House A, on the other hand, celebrated their complete team and though they sympathized with their neighbors, they felt that House B should exert more effort if they wanted to win. Jason shed happy tears and shared that this was the only time that he was able to say that he was truly happy. Princess felt relieved and loved after being saved from the first eviction, but to everyone’s dismay, this did not last long enough.

For this week, Princess was automatically nominated for eviction. She had committed a major violation, one on talking about the nominations. Though she could have been saved by her housemates by performing a task, she took matters into her own hands and chose to exit the house instead. Her second nomination made her rethink her reasons for being in the house. “I feel it’s not my game,” she told Kuya. Princess felt that she should be fixing her life outside, and that being inside the house has cost her precious time already. She experienced a reverse culture shock, and she did not want to reach that point where she won’t be able to recognize who she had become. Her housemates tried to give her a pep talk, telling her that they appreciated her care and concern for them. Yet, after listening to her reasons, they too chose to simply support her decision and give her strength by standing by her. Likewise, Kuya respected her choice and opened the doors towards the outside world.

Given her quick exit, no one was able to welcome her out, save for Toni. Princess was shown a video of her short stay, and though teary-eyed, it was obvious that she did not regret her decision to leave. “I’ll be fine. Hopefully, nothing will change, lalo na ‘yung pagmamahal sa akin ng family and friends.”

Will her slot be filled by another housemate? Is it a returning housemate or an entirely new face? How will Tom take the news of her exit? Be updated! Check out the blogs, mobile news, news articles and tv updates daily!

Jimson says goodbye and everyone prepares for a Big Brother Swap
All four nominees were at the edge of their seats as they waited for the final vote that decided their fate. First to breathe easy was Princess, and Jason did not have to wait long for his own sigh of relief. No more tears for Carol, who could not help but flash a big smile at the announcement of her extended time as housemate.

Unfortunately, no such luck was meant for Jimson. His fate, it seemed, was to be the first one out of Kuya’s house for this season. His constant arguing with wife Kath was getting old, and their marital conflicts were better suited for the confines of their own home. Jimson remained dry-eyed at the announcement, apparently ready to accept his fate. Kath, on the other hand, tried in vain to keep her tears at bay, and it was Jimson who had to reassure her. With one last kiss, Jimson kept his goodbyes quick, opting not to prolong the inevitable.

On his return to the outside world, Jimson was welcomed by his only son and his mom, Pilar. He immediately carried his son, who clung to him tightly. He was presented with a video that highlighted the memories that were formed, despite his short stay. His final message to his wife was short and to the point, but probably all that was needed: “I love you.”

Tomorrow, four or more housemates will feel the tension of being nominated for eviction. Who will these be? More exciting, though, is the upcoming Big Brother Swap! What country – Africa, India, Finland, Serbia or Spain – will PBB swap housemates with? Which lucky housemate will have a Big Brother experience abroad? The controversies and excitement of the past week is just the beginning. Keep updated and watch PBB Double Up!

Akon, the prolific Senegalese-American hip-hop singer-songwriter and record producer, will be performing at the Araneta Coliseum on May 23, together with our very own international R&B superstar Billy Crawford.

Akon rose to prominence in 2004 following the release of his single Locked Up, from his debut album Trouble. His second album, Konvicted, earned him a Grammy Award nomination for the single Smack That. The founder of Konvict Muzik and Kon Live Distribution record labels, he is also well known for singing hooks and has over 155 guest appearances and 23 Billboard Hot 100 songs to his credit. He is the first solo artist to ever accomplish the feat of holding the number one and two spots simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 charts twice.

we heard that the concert of akon with billy was wonderful. It was full of energy that made the viewers enthuiastically participate with beat of his songs.

“Mariah Carey’s song ‘Standing O’ sounds similar to 2NE1’s ‘In The Club,’ which was released 3 months prior. There are 8 lines (24 seconds) that sound similar and, with the repetition of the particular selection, the song contains a total of 1 minute’s worth of material that sounds similar. Basically: Mariah Carey’s song sounds familiar too but nobody’s mentioned it, we haven’t heard your music, these false accusations have hurt us. Hm.. seeing as YG is hardly the type to roll over and play dead, I’m not surprised/somewhat impressed with his boldness. What do you think of his comeback? Listen to Mariah Carey’s suspiciously-familiar-sounding song “Standing O”

The night before the performance day, Big Brother speaks with the housemates regarding their corresponding costumes for their fan-dance presentation. On the said conversation, some housemates remain firm with their decision, while others end up changing their minds after hearing what their families have to say.

When the day that all the housemates have been waiting for finally arrived, most of them are surprised to discover that their expected cumulative points enormously decreased. From their estimated 430 points, House A ended up having a final count of 350 due to certain circumstances. But despite their dismay, they decide to push through with what they have left anyway.

In contrast, upon learning that their still unidentified housemates have had a change of heart, House B finally decides to let go of all their inhibitions for the sake of their team. They all agree to wear skin-toned body stockings with only the basic 100 points to spare. With House A’s 350 points versus House B’s 100, could the latter beat the odds of this friendly competition?

It is the first nomination for the season!though it will not be the first time that the housemates will experience loss, it is their first time to say goodbye through peer nomination and public votation. Try as they might, they can't no longer turn blind eye to reality that this is a game. A game that will produce loosers and one big winner.

The hot air starts to burst as they have percieved that they couldn't trust everybody. Show the world that you are the best and they will count on you.

The nominees are Jimson who have gave up to the task of Kuya, Carol who was unliked because of demure outlook and so religious being, Jason who have been voted beause of tardiness and "bahala-na-attitude" and Princess who have shown the mean side of her, "palaban" and fault finder.

It's up to the viewers who will remain standing and will have the chance to say lonegr and proove that they are worthy to stay.

vote everyone!

this video is very much awaited by avid fans of harry potter series.

Is an engagement in the works? That would depend on Rica’s answer. As for the question, Kuya already took care of it, among other things. He posed an additional challenge to Rob: to propose marriage to his pseudo-partner, Rica. Inside the confession room, Kuya had Rob approve his chosen engagement ring. The Fil-Austrian practiced his serenade as well, accompanying himself with an acoustic guitar as he sang the heart-warming “Grow Old with You”

This plan was actually a part of their double up task but Rica don't know anything about this plan. Big brother really planned this so that a gay like Rica could feel what is the feeling of getting married although it is impossible to his/her part. He is pseudo-male/female that's why he would be very surprised when the proposal will happen.

I imagine the faces of the housemates as very much shocked. A boy will proposed a wedding to a gay? what a situation. This task will help them all to realize what real partners could be if they are both male or female.

watch this task tonight!
comments pls.!

Jason celebrates his 22nd birthday inside Big Brother’s House

In line with housemate Jason's birthday, his housemates in House A gladly made a maja blanca for him; incidentally, he is an admitted Maja Salvador fan so they decide on preparing the said dish as a present, since it is the closest thing they can do to bring ''Maja'' near his lips.

Inside the confession room, Jason finally gets a chance to meet his idol Maja Salvador in person; and to his surprise, the young lady generously offered him a true birthday kiss with matching hug, thus further highlighting his Pinoy Big Brother Double Up birthday bash.

As for the new housemates, Rob and Rica are finally gaining their housemates' attention in House A. Surprisingly, their plan on raising a hint is starting to pay off since Princess and Johan finally start probing regarding their true relationship. In House B on the other hand, Jimson is finally missing his wife. Given their task, he finally realizes all his shortcomings as a husband to Kath. How long could this pretension possibly go for the newcomers?

Unity bounded the country as different eyes saw the grimace on mother natures face. It was a disaster that opened the eyes of young and old people. It was the strong flush of flood that takes away the guilt and malfunctions of all filipinos. It was a great fortune that only a disaster changes everything from an "Archipelago turn into a strong Nation"!.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services, Administration (PAGASA) said Saturday that the unexpected flood in Metro Manila was the worst one ever recorded in history. While Dr. Nathaniel Cruz, PAGASA director, said that yesterday's flood was the worst in history, he added that the amount of rainfall dumped yesterday is expected to surpass the 1967 record and this month's average.

The Katy Perry Live in Manila concert that is supposed to happen on October 3, has been postponed to a later date. It has been reset and the new Katy Perry concert date is November 14.
The postponement is in deference to the state of calamity in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. However, the November 14 concert will still happen in the same venue, SM Mall of Asia concert grounds.
Moreover, MTV Philippines, the concert promoter of the Katy Perry Live in Manila concert, says that the show will now be a fundraiser for the victims of the recent typhoons.

She will be having her concert with boys like girls band and along with Journey's Arnel Pineda.

They will dedicate the funds raised for the victims of typhoon Ondoy.

This advocacy is very beneficial to all filipinos out their struggling to live even with the distructed houses were not successufuly restored.

The two double up twins are Toffi and Kenny, Jm and Jp. These 2 pairs have been given by Big Brother their first task. They will enter the two different houses separately as twins. After few hours of getting to know session with their other respective housemates. Kuya called the both pairs and are task again to exchange position and their pants and shirts. They will act as if they were the normal ones. (jp as jm, jm as jp, kenny as toffi, and toffi as kenny) if one or more housemates will know their secret. They will be punished with forced eviction.

Last nights episode, after the exchange of the twins, this girl from Gensan noticed that the toffi and jm are not those one's that they have met. (in short-they noticed the exchange and bet that they were twins and was separated)

Poor twins, only girls can't be fooled and especially the girl from Gensan.

Korean actor Kim Bum or Yi Jeong of Boys Over Flowers as he is popularly known has just arrived in Manila last september 30(afternoon). The model/actor is currently in the country to shoot a commercial for soft drink brand RC Cola with actress Maja Salvador.

During the ASAP show this october 4 2009- He greeted Maja with a very pleasant happy birthday. He said that "i enjoyed working with maja because she is nice to be with".

South Korean heartthrob Kim Bum, who played Yi Jeong in the Koreanovela Boys Over Flowers, extended his sympathies to Filipino fans affected by Typhoon Ondoy. A press conference was held at ABS-CBN on October 3 for the star’s product endorsement and an upcoming soap to be aired on ABS-CBN, titled Dream.

Through an interpreter, the young actor said to all Filipino flood victims, “I’m very sorry and it’s a very sensitive topic so I’m very worried for them. But please do not lose your hope and dreams. As an actor I will do my role because that’s what I do (best). I’m doing what I’m doing to make them smile and help them get back on track and God bless them all.”

I my self find the sympathy of Kim as a very heart touching act because for the fact that he's not a Filipino but yet he extended his sympathy.

Typhoon Pepeng has reportedly entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is threatening to bring more devastation to the country just days after tropical storm Ondoy caught everyone in the Philippines by surprise.
The said typhoon is still too far to affect any part of the country within the next 24-36 hours and no public storm warning signals have been raised yet by PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration). But authorities are not taking any chances as they pleaded with people in low-lying areas to find higher ground before the storm hit.

MANILA - Residents of flood-hit cities in Metro Manila secured their belongings and stocked up on food and water in anticipation of typhoon Pepeng (international codename Parma).
Several families on the floodway road of Cainta, Rizal did their laundry and bought food, medicine, candles and even flashlights. Some families left their homes and sought shelter on higher grounds.
In Valenzuela, Mayor Sherwin Gatchalian advised residents in Barangay Ugong and those living near the Tullahan River to leave their homes before 5 p.m. Using a megaphone, Gatchalian advised residents about the danger brought by the new typhoon.
The mayor said residents can stay in temporary evacuation centers until the storm passes. These are Valenzuela National High School, Dona Ata Covered Court, Gen. T. de Leon National High School, Gen. T. de Leon Elementary School, Silvestre Lazaro Elementary School, Tomas Manuel Covered Court, Tugatog Elementary School and St. Jude Covered Court.
In Pasig City, local officials stocked up on food and other relief goods at the Eusebio High School where most residents affected by the floods have been staying. Aside from the relief goods, the city government also purchased medicine, 10 generator sets, a chainsaw, stove, large cooking ware, life vests, flat cardboard boxes and floating platforms.
A satellite hospital was also set up in Maybunga Elementary School since the City Hospital remains flooded.
Early Friday, the city government also conducted a massive cleanup drive to remove all garbage in the city that accumulated at the height of tropical storm Ketsana (Ondoy).
City officials said they have identified six barangays as critical for flooding in case the typhoon brings more rain. They also identified six standby pick-up areas for pre-emptive evacuation, which will also serve as satellite command posts.
